Notes About Registering in Distributed Learning
You can register for our Distributed Learning (DL) Program at any time and, space-permitting, we will connect you with a teacher in Early-September or Late-January. The earlier you register, the more likely we will be able to offer you a space for your desired start date. Please contact us if you wish to join our program at another time of year.
Please be sure you have read our website and that our teaching philosophies are in line with yours. While we are a very flexible program, we must adhere to requirements for all DL programs in BC, so please ensure that you read our policies and are aware of the responsibilities of both teachers and parents in a DL Context.
Notes About Applying to On-Site Programs
Including School, Blended Learning, Forest School, Pre-Primary
You can apply to join the waitlist for any of our on-site learning options, including School, Blended Learning with DL, Forest School (standalone or with DL), and Pre-Primary, at any time. Note: For DL families wanting to apply for their students to attend on-site at Oak and Orca or Forest School this application is separate from the DL registration.
Space in our programs is limited and in high demand and, due to the number of variables involved in movement on our waitlist, we are not able to provide an estimate of position on the waitlist or length of time until a space will open up. We will contact you if a space becomes available.
Please note that all of our programs currently have a waitlist, including DL, Pre-Primary, On-Site School, and Forest School. If you submit an enrolment or application for any program, we will let you know when space becomes available.
